Beach Course: The Beach Course at par 70 was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., and winds through ancient lava flows along Anaehoomalu Bay. Kings' Course: The Kings' Course is a par 72, 7,074-yard championship course with a Scottish-links layout. Situated among the gentle breezes of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, it has wide fairways of bright green bordered by palm trees and foliage. Francis H. I'i Brown North Course: The Francis H. I'i Brown North Course at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows curves within an ancient lava bed of rolling terrain bordered by forest groves. It is a difficult championship course and a common Big Island tournament site. The par 72 course has sparkling views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains. Francis H. I'i Brown South Course: The Francis H. I'i Brown South Course is a popular 72 par course sculpted from ancient lava on the edge of the ocean. Hapuna Golf Course:
The Hapuna Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay contains gorgeous
ocean and mountain views. It is surrounded by natural vegetation and
contains three lakes. This par 72 course was named one of the Gold Medal
Resorts by GOLF Magazine in 1998. It lies within the exclusive Hapuna Beach
Prince Hotel in the Mauna Kea Resort at 62-100 Kanuna'oa Drive, phone number

Waikoloa Village Course:
Waikoloa Village Course, par 72, is a favorite among local golfers and lies
in a serene setting at 1000-feet elevation. The Robert Trent Jones,
Jr.-designed course is suitable for serious golfers as well as beginners,
with complete practice facilities available along with a pro shop. The

Waimea Country Club: Waimea Country Club is an 18-hole, par 72 course situated among open ranches in a beautifully rustic up-country setting. It's a Scottish-links design surrounded by Ironwood trees with views of the ocean and Mauna Kea. Beverages and light hot and cold snacks are available. Big Island Country Club: Big Island Country Club´s par 72 course is located at the foot of Mauna Kea with fantastic upcountry scenery. Its rolling fairways are teaming with native plants and trees and are a haven for pheasants, quail, geese and other birds. A large lake surrounds the 17th hole. Kona Country Club: Kona Country Club's par 72 course lies along the edge of the ocean in the town of Keauhou, six miles from downtown Kona. It has been voted one of the best courses in the nation by Golf Digest and other sources, and contains stunning ocean and Kona coastline views. Facilities include the Vista Restaurant. Makalei Hawaii Country Club:
Makalei Hawaii Country Club is a championship par 72 course popular among
locals. It has a unique layout 2000 feet above sea level in the cool
countryside off the Big Island's "high road." Mount Hualalai looms behind
it. It is a somewhat difficult course with some hills. It features a

Hamakua Country Club Hamakua Country Club has an interesting 9-hole layout on steep hills totaling just 15 acres. This historic par 23 course overlooks the ocean in the beautiful little town of Honoka'a on the Hamakua Coast, outside of Waimea. It is open to the public on weekdays; no tee time needed.
