Royal Luau:
Waikoloa Beach Marriott’s Royal Luau, held on the hotel’s oceanfront lawn at sunset,
is one of the most authentic luaus on the island. Watch a roast pig being
removed from the underground oven in the imu ceremony. Enjoy a buffet of
traditional specialties such as kalua pork, kalua turkey, pulehu chicken,
mahi mahi, island sweet potatoes, poi, and much more. Following this feast
sit back and enjoy the Islands of Polynesia song and dance show. Luau is
held Wednesdays and Sundays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Legends of the Pacific Luau : Hilton Waikoloa Village offers their Legends of the Pacific Luau amidst an oasis of coconut palms and rich island flora with the ocean as a backdrop. Treat yourself to a lavish array of island cuisine including kalua pig, lomi lomi salmon, poke, and charbroiled pulehu beef with teriyaki sauce. Then the Drums of Polynesia will roll out a South Pacific journey of song and dance including the legendary Samoan fireknife dance. Gathering of the Kings Luau:
The Fairmont Orchid presents a multi-island celebration in their Gathering of the Kings Luau.
Experience a culinary feast fit for ali’i (chiefs) with delicacies from Samoa, Tahiti, Hawaii and
New Zealand. Let the Dancers of Island Breeze illustrate the tale of how the Polynesians
carved out their settlement in the Pacific. The Gathering of the Kings is held on Saturdays
in a tranquil outdoor setting at the Fairmont Orchid’s Plantation Estate, a short walk from the lobby.
