Privacy Sttement: Waikoloa Realty respects your privacy. All information you submit to us is kept entirely confidential and is not shared with anyone outside our organization.
Seasons: Regular season December 15-April 15. Value season April 15-December 15.
Minimum Stay: A minimum 5-night stay is required; 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Security Deposit: A security deposit must be received within 14 days to confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be returned 30 days after your departure less any expenses for long distance telephone calls, repairs, missing items, damages, or cancellation fees. The security deposit cannot be applied to the rental amount.
Full Payment: Full payment including unpaid security deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival. All payments including security deposit may be paid by personal check payable to Waikoloa Realty Trust. We accept Visa and MasterCard, do not provide credit card information by email over the internet, a faxed authorization is required.
Taxes: Excise and Hotel Transient tax is collect in the total amount of 11.416% on the total rent amount, excluding Security Deposit.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellation within 45 days or less results in forfeiture of security deposit; 30 days or less, full rental payment. A refund will be issued if unit is re-rented at the same rate. If unit is rented at a reduced rate, then the difference will be deducted from any refund you may receive.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3 p.m. Please call when you arrive at the airport for check-in instructions. Check-out time is by 11 a.m. Late check-out when authorized by Waikoloa Realty, Inc. only: up to 3 p.m. subject to a half night surcharge; later than 3 p.m. subject to a full night surcharge.
Maid Service: A check-out cleaning fee will be added to the rental amount. No housekeeping services are provided but may be arranged for an additional charge.
Smoking: All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in any unit including the lanai.
Keys: Lost or damaged front door keys or property gate cards will incur a charge of $25 each. lost fitness center keys, business center keys or pool keys will incur a charge of $75.00 each.
Please Note: Units are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed. If for some reason we are unable to provide the particular unit type you have requested, we will make every attempt to provide you with a comparable unit.
